Optimal Time and Platform: 30-minute or 60-minute audio calling sessions are available to purchase on our website. This listing is for a 60-minute audio call session, which may be delivered via WhatsApp, Botim or Google Meet. 

Emotional support sessions often involve deep emotional processing and exploration of complex feelings. Allowing sufficient time ensures that you feel heard, validated and supported in navigating your emotions. Our empathetic listeners are here to support you every step of the way.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior towards our listeners or other users.

    Zero Tolerance Policy:

    We operate a zero tolerance policy for both physical and/or verbal, including written, abuse against all our practitioners, business owners and clients. We aim to treat clients with courtesy at all times and expect clients to show similar respect towards any representative of the business.


    Right to Cancel Session by Client and Refunds:

    The Client can cancel their empathetic listening session by giving at least 2 calendar days’ notice in writing via email and the purchase will be refunded.  Unfortunately, due to demand for appointments, if the session is cancelled by the Client with less than 2 calendar days’ notice in writing via email, we can only offer a partial refund of 50% of the total purchase (excluding delivery).


    Right to Cancel Session / Package by Empathetic Listener and Refunds:

    The Empathetic Listener reserves the right to refuse to administer or cancel the session for any reason and the relevant purchase refund will be provided to the Client.
